De Silva plans on promoting Public Private Partnerships (PPP) to foster housing projects that will increase supply and offer fair pricing to Arizonans. His focus will be to increase home ownership with practical and proven solutions. Taking away government control and obstacles but providing facilitation and infrastructure would be his focus if elected to office.
Eliminate Fraud, Waste and Abuse
As a public employee, De Silva has insight and knowledge about state affairs where possible fraud, waster, and abuse of public money have taken place. His priority will be to bring accountability and transparency within Arizona’s State Government, while rooting out bad actors who have misused resources for years.
Secure Border
De Silva believes that a prosperous Arizona requires a strong and secure Arizona. As Governor, De Silva will work with President Trump and the Federal Government to enforce sensible and practical border security, to prevent illegal immigration, drugs, and human smuggling.
Economic Growth
Arizona has the potential to be a business-friendly state. De Silva plans to tap into his past experience in different industries to steer the state to implement pro-growth policies and appeal to large corporations to invest in Arizona.
Law Order
De Silva backs the Blue and supports all law enforcement. As a public employee in the prison corrections systems, he understands that supporting law enforcement at all levels will ensure a safer Arizona.
